Add a product catalog
Choose Add products from the product list. You can provide a product URL or Shopify store URL, or upload a CSV file.
Add products from a URL
- Enter a product URL or Shopify store URL and select Fetch.
- Review the candidate names, URLs, prices, and attributes extracted from public information.
- Select the products and their brands, then add them to the catalog.
- Check the result in the registered product list.
Available information depends on what the product page or store publishes. Prices and availability reflect the time of retrieval.
Add products from CSV
Select Download template to get the CSV template. Keep all eight columns in the following order. Optional values can be empty, but their columns must remain.
external_id,brand_id,name,description,url,price,currency,attributes| Column | Content |
|---|---|
external_id | Optional product identifier, up to 255 characters. |
brand_id | Required. The destination brand ID, not its name. |
name | Required product name, up to 500 characters. |
description | Optional description, up to 10,000 characters. |
url | Optional product URL using http or https. |
price | Optional non-negative numeric price. |
currency | Optional three-letter currency code, such as JPY. |
attributes | Optional attributes as a JSON object. |
Registered product exports use the same columns. Use an export to check existing brand IDs and attribute formatting. Escape quotation marks and commas in JSON according to CSV rules.
Each upload accepts up to 1,000 products. After selecting a file, review the registration result and any rows requiring attention. If some rows were registered, exclude those rows before correcting and uploading the failed rows again.
Check the result
Review names, brands, prices, and URLs in the product list. Registering product information and measuring its appearance in AI answers are separate operations. Next, set up shopping prompts.
