Use initiatives to organize goals, projects to coordinate work, and issues to track individual tasks.

| Project | Organize issues around an outcome and manage ownership and dates. |
| Issue | Record a task and track its status and assignee. |
Open each list from Workspace in the sidebar. Issues can also exist without a project.
Organize work
Create an initiative, associate projects, and add work from each project's Issues tab.
Use the issue list to review daily work. Filters and display options help you focus on the relevant assignees and statuses.
